David is a partner at Egide. He focuses on corporate tax. He has strong experience providing tax assistance to Belgian or foreign multinational groups in structuring their investments in Belgium and for optimizing their tax position.

David has extensive experience in real estate taxation, advising real estate developers, property dealers and real estate investors (a.o. SIR).

David also has recognised expertise in the application of the innovation income deduction and the tax regime for copyright income. He advises numerous innovative companies.

David is an ITAA certified tax advisor.  He holds a Master in Business Administration and a special degree in Tax Law both from HEC ULg (Business school of the University of Liège). David is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
